GLP-1 receptor agonist formulations

Compounded preparations containing semaglutide or tirzepatide, prepared only for an individual patient under a prescriber's direction.

Semaglutide / B12

A compounded preparation combining semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist involved in blood glucose and appetite regulation, with vitamin B12, an essential nutrient for red blood cell formation and normal neurological function.

Semaglutide acts on GLP-1 receptors that participate in blood glucose regulation and appetite-related signaling. Vitamin B12 is involved in DNA synthesis, red blood cell development, and normal nervous system function. The compounded combination requires individualized clinical assessment; adding B12 should not be represented as producing superior treatment outcomes without appropriate evidence.

Tirzepatide / B12

A compounded formulation containing tirzepatide, which acts on GIP and GLP-1 receptors involved in metabolic regulation, alongside vitamin B12 for essential cellular and neurological functions.

Tirzepatide interacts with GIP and GLP-1 receptor pathways involved in blood glucose control and appetite signaling. Vitamin B12 supports normal red blood cell formation, DNA synthesis, and neurological function. The clinical appropriateness of the compounded combination requires prescriber evaluation; no additional benefit from the combination should be assumed.

Tirzepatide / Glycine

A compounded preparation combining tirzepatide with glycine, an amino acid involved in protein synthesis and multiple biological processes.

Tirzepatide acts on GIP and GLP-1 receptors involved in metabolic regulation. Glycine is an amino acid involved in protein synthesis and normal physiological processes. Adding glycine has not been established to improve the clinical effectiveness of tirzepatide.

NAD+

NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism and numerous important biochemical reactions throughout the body.

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is present in living cells and participates in metabolic and enzyme-related processes. Research continues into its biological functions. Claims that injectable NAD+ improves energy, reverses aging, or increases longevity must not be presented as established medical benefits.

Glutathione

Glutathione is a naturally occurring antioxidant involved in protecting cells from oxidative stress and supporting normal cellular processes.

Glutathione is a tripeptide produced naturally within the body. It participates in antioxidant defense and cellular redox processes. These biological roles do not establish that injectable glutathione provides specific detoxification, skin-lightening, wellness, or disease-treatment benefits.

B12 Injection

Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that supports red blood cell formation, normal nerve function, and energy metabolism.

Vitamin B12 is necessary for DNA synthesis, healthy red blood cell development, and neurological function. Injectable vitamin B12 may be prescribed for certain deficiencies or absorption-related conditions when clinically appropriate. The formulation and treatment decision must be determined by a licensed healthcare professional.
